1. Confirmation
To confirm and reserve the stated services from Ra&ga Studio, the Client must complete and digitally sign the “Wedding Photography Contract” and make the required booking fee payment.
2. Cooperation
Both the Client and the Photographer agree to fully cooperate and communicate throughout the process to achieve the best results. The Client agrees to provide the Photographer with adequate notice of key events to allow sufficient preparation time. Please note, some wedding guests may decline to be photographed, and in such cases, the Photographer will use discretion but cannot be held responsible for missing photos of these individuals.
3. Schedule
The collaborative planning of the schedule between the Client and Photographer aims to capture the best moments of the day. Both parties agree that cooperation, communication, and adherence to the schedule are critical for optimal results. If the wedding day deviates from the planned schedule due to reasons such as delays, weather, or other unforeseen events, the Photographer will make every effort to adjust, but cannot guarantee that the quality of work will remain unaffected by delays or disruptions.
4. House Rules
The Photographer may be subject to venue-imposed rules that restrict certain photography actions, including limitations on drone photography. The Client agrees to accept these limitations if they arise. It is recommended that the Client inform themselves of any venue rules or restrictions prior to the event.
5. Safety
The Photographer reserves the right to terminate coverage and leave the event location if any crew member experiences inappropriate, threatening, hostile, or offensive behavior from the Client or guests, or if the Photographer’s safety is compromised.
6. Copyright
The Client acknowledges that the Photographer retains the copyright of all photographs and films. The Client is granted permission to use the images for personal use only, and for the personal use of their friends, family, and guests. Any commercial or sale use of the images requires prior written consent from the Photographer.
7. Model Release
The Client grants the Photographer and their legal representatives the irrevocable consent to use, publish, and distribute the photographs for advertising, editorial, commercial, or any other purposes, and to alter the photographs without restriction. The Client releases the Photographer from any liability related to the use of the photographs.
8. Coverage Rules
The Photographer’s team will arrive at the venue according to the agreed schedule. For midnight weddings, the team will stay and cover the event until 4 AM. Please note that the team will not capture images or films of guests eating, as it may make them uncomfortable.
9. Facilities
The Client is responsible for providing necessary facilities and meals for the Photographer and crew. Additionally, a designated room should be kept available for the team. For locations outside of Jaipur and Delhi, the Client will cover travel and accommodation expenses for the crew members.
10. Payment Process
- 40% of the total fee is due at the time of booking.
- 40% advance payment is required 15 days before the wedding.
- 20% balance is due on the first day of the event.
11. Post-Production
Post-production will begin the day following the wedding. Any delays in the payment process may significantly delay the delivery of the final product. Additionally, the Client is responsible for selecting the music or songs to be used in the cinematic coverage during post-production.
12. Coverage Fee
The booking fee is non-refundable and secures the Photographer’s services for the agreed date. The advance fee, due 15 days before the wedding, is also non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation by the Client, the fee will be forfeited as liquidated damages. However, if the wedding is postponed and the Photographer’s schedule allows, 50% of the fees will be adjusted towards the new date, provided the Client notifies the Photographer at least 30 days in advance of any changes.
